New Youth Investment Fund Programme Manager at NPC

Karen Scanlon joined NPC in November 2017 as Programme Manager for the Youth Investment Fund Learning Project. Karen is a proficient researcher and evaluator with experience of supporting charities through theory of change processes and developing effective impact measurement frameworks. Before joining NPC, Karen was Head of Evidence and Impact at Breast Cancer Care and is currently Secretary of the Charities Evaluation Working Group.

Karen is currently leading on the shared outcomes measurement pilot.
